Cancellation Policy

All appointments must begin before 15 minutes after the hour. All appointments must be made through the electronic patient portal. All cancellations and rescheduling must occur 48 hours prior to the appointment. Any adjustments to appointments within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 payable to Roots, Seeds, and Branches LLC.
